Atelier Logistics: Shipping & Production Policy

At Que Shebley, every piece is a testament to meticulous craftsmanship. Because our collections are handcrafted—primarily within our specialized workshops in Spain—our shipping timelines reflect the dedicated time required to ensure every detail meets our standards of excellence.

1. The Crafting Process (Production Timelines)

Before an order is dispatched, it undergoes a rigorous production phase:

  • Standard Collection: Please allow 30–40 business days for production (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Fast Lane Collection: For selected items, we offer an expedited production window of 7–10 business days.

  • Note on Artistry: As each item is handmade, occasional artisanal delays may occur. Order cancellations or refunds are not permitted due to production or shipping fluctuations.

2. Global Transit & Delivery

Once your order has passed our final quality inspection, it is released for express transit:

  • Shipping Duration: Typically 5–7 business days via premium express carriers (DHL or equivalent).

  • Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders exceeding $500. Standard rates apply to all other orders.

  • Carrier Protocol: Delivery windows are estimates. Que Shebley is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers or local logistics factors.

3. International Protocol: Customs, Duties & Taxes

Important: This rule applies to all international orders, including those destined for the USA. To ensure a seamless delivery, please be advised of the following:

  • Client Responsibility: The recipient is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees issued by local authorities.

  • Timely Compliance: Fees must be settled promptly to avoid delivery failure.

  • Atelier Liability: Que Shebley (Shebley Group LLC) is not responsible for holds, seizures, or additional charges imposed by destination customs processes.

4. Returned & Undeliverable Shipments

We maintain a strict policy regarding shipments that are unable to be delivered:

  • Customs Non-Compliance: If an order is returned to our atelier because a client failed to pay duties or taxes, the sale is considered Final. No refund or store credit will be issued.

  • Incomplete Information: Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or absence for a required signature are not eligible for refunds.

  • Fees: Any undelivered or refused order may incur return shipping fees and a restocking fee ranging from 10% to 100% of the order value, at our sole discretion.

5. Holiday & Peak Season Observations

During periods of high demand or public holidays (particularly within Spain and the USA), production and shipping windows may be extended.

  • No Guaranteed Dates: While we strive for efficiency, we do not guarantee delivery by specific dates, including holidays or special events.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By finalizing your purchase with the Que Shebley atelier, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Shipping Policy. These regulations are non-negotiable and apply to all global orders without exception.
